About Our Products

Project Wrecked sells professionally developed digital template bundles and standalone products for Salesforce consultants, CRM practitioners, project managers, and marketing operations professionals.

All products are delivered electronically as downloadable files (.docx, .xlsx, .pptx, .pdf). No physical goods are shipped. Products are available for immediate download upon payment confirmation.

Licence to Use

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to use the purchased product(s) for your own commercial or professional purposes.

You may:

• Use the templates in client-facing work and engagements.
• Customise and adapt the templates to suit your specific needs.
• Use the templates across multiple projects you personally manage or deliver.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicence, or share the original or adapted files with third parties.
• Upload the files to any platform or marketplace for others to access.
• Claim authorship or represent the templates as your own original intellectual property.
• Use the templates to create competing products for resale.

Intellectual Property

All content, structure, design, and formatting of Project Wrecked products remains the intellectual property of Project Wrecked. Purchase grants a licence to use — it does not transfer ownership or IP rights.

Payment

All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card details. By purchasing you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

We will consider a refund if:

• The file is corrupt or cannot be opened, and we cannot provide a working replacement within 5 business days.
• The product purchased is materially different from its description at the time of purchase.

To request a refund, contact info@projectwrecked.com within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and a description of the issue.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees that any template will be suitable for every specific use case, client requirement, or regulatory environment. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any template before professional use.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Project Wrecked shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be published here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the shop constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
