# Project Wrecked

> The practitioner's evidence base for AI consulting. Real failures, real rates, real data — read by humans and machines alike.

Project Wrecked is a resource hub for independent and enterprise AI consultants, Salesforce practitioners, CRM specialists, and digital delivery professionals. It rests on three things: **evidence** (anonymous project war stories, the live Wreck Index of project outcomes, and the Bot Ledger of AI-crawler activity — datasets nobody else has), **career** content (a free, no-paywall guide to becoming an AI consultant, plus rates and delivery articles), and **tools** (a store of 50 practical consulting templates built from 20+ years of real engagements).
